Us
Ed Stansberry, owner,
has a total of forty years of utility experience: eight years with TennesseeValley Electric
Supply Company (TVESCO) as outside sales and General Manager of the Utility Deptartment. In January 1991,
Stansberry & Associates was estabilished. Ed has a degree in Industial Technology from the University of
Tennessee.

Cindy Adams joined Stansberry & Associates in February 2006 as an administrative assistant/bookkeeper. She has 15 years
management experience in the manufacturing industry. Cindy is also a Registered Nurse with 10 years experience
in the medical field.
She is a graduate of Walters State Community College with an Associate of Applied Science Degree.

Will
Kinnick joined Stansberry and Associates in August of 2006 and functions as the primary inside sales support. Will
comes from the automotive industry with experience in manufacturing and quality assurance. Will has a business
degree from Carson Newman College.

Bart Craver joined Stansberry &
Associates in June 2006 as an outside sales person. Bart previously worked for 12 years at Nashville Electric
Service and the EPB of Chattanooga. His primary responsibilities were designing underground and overhead distribution
systems as well as material specifications and standards. Bart received his degree in Electrical Engineering from
Tennessee Techonological University.

Phillip joined
Stansberry & Associates in January 2010. Previously, Phillip had many years of experience in the
utility distribution business. For the last 20 years, he has served the customers in Kentucky working for Brownstown Electric.

Everett Noe joined
Stansberry & Associates in September, 2011 as an outside sales person. He previously worked at Knoxville
Utilities Board for 36 years as an electrical engineer. His primary responsibilities were designing
underground and overhead distribution systems as well as writing specifications for transformers and
ordering non-stock material. He graduated from University of Tennesse with a degree in Electrical
Engineering, and has been a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Tennessee since 1984.

Bill Neese joined
Stansberry & Associates in February, 2012 as an outside sales person. He previously worked for 22 years
in overhead line construction in Tennesse and 16 years for TVESCO in outside sales servicing the utilities in Central Kentucky and Middle Tennessee.
